Who fits the profile of a Group Leader Coach (GLC)?
- Someone 25 or older.
- Someone who will take their responsibilities seriously.
- Someone with good leadership skills.
- Someone who will speak truth in difficult situations, and encourage those in good situations.
- Someone who loves God and seeks to serve Him in His Kingdom.
Who fits the profile of a Small Group Leader?
- Someone who cares and puts thought and effort into Small Group time making it meaningful and memorable for about 30-45 minutes after worship times (or designated small group time).
- Someone who has unconditional positive regard for youth.
- Someone who loves God, someone who loves youth.
- Someone who has the ability to be empathic, non judgmental, accepting and respects youth.
- Someone who prays, cheerleads, affirms and is willing to share the joys and the struggles of life.
- Someone who is able to ask open ended questions and is not afraid of silence.
- Someone who can say "I don't know, but I'll try to find out".
- Someone who recognizes the Holy Spirit is at work in and through them.
- Someone who sees youth as God sees them.
