There are a number of opportunities available for you to be involved with the All Ontario Youth Convention. You will find information below on sponsorship packages.

We thank you for your support. Your generous gifts allow us to continue to provide the youth of Ontario with the opportunity to experience the All Ontario Youth Convention. Gifts are tax deductible.

Sponsorship Packages

Each year, the All Ontario Youth Convention planning committee seeks partnerships with various organizations in support of the All Ontario Youth Convention (AOYC). The AOYC is hosted on the holiday May weekend for youth to gather for a time of spiritual renewal.

This year we are planning for up to 1000 people attending, approximately 800 high school aged youth and 200 leaders and volunteers. This event presents an excellent opportunity for your organization to reach a captive target demographic in one weekend.

The AOYC Planning Committee would like to thank all of our partners for their generous donations and for the opportunity to continue to provide youth with events to encourage and strengthen them in their walk with God.

Three categories of sponsorship are available and details about the benefits of each level are available below.

Platinum Package ($2,500)

• Booth space for display of materials during entire weekend
• 2 full page colour advertisements in attendee handbook
• 2 complimentary convention registrations including accommodations
• Recognition on projection screen before main sessions (premium time including video)

Gold Package ($1,500)

• Booth space for display of materials during entire weekend
• 1 full page colour advertisement in attendee handbook
• 1 complimentary convention registration including accomodation
• Recognition on projection screen before main sessions

Silver Package ($1,000)

• Booth space for display of materials during entire weekend
• 1 half page black and white advertisement in attendee handbook

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

There are also more specific sponsorship opportunities available for those not interested in the packages above.

Event Sponsorship ($500)

• Sponsor a speaker session, main stage event, etc.
• Space for display of logo or banner during event
• Name listed in attendee handbook as event sponsor

Booth space for duration of convention ($500)

• Booth space for display of materials during entire weekend
• Does not include cost of accommodations for a representative

Advertisement in attendee handbook ($400-$600)

• 1 half page black and white advertisement (4" high x 5.5" wide): $400
• 1 full page black and white advertisement (8.5" high x 5.5" wide): $600
