Benevolent Registration

Partner with us in our mission to connect youth with Christ.

The AOYC planning committee strives to make the All Ontario Youth Convention affordable. Yet, we still realize that the cost exceeds that which some individuals, families or churches may afford. We have begun a program with the tag line 'Add a Friend' that allows youth to attend at a partially or fully reduced rate based on demonstrated need.

You may have noticed an additional checkbox in the application form. It is our hope that the attendees and greater AOYC community is able to raise enough support to meet the needs of underprivileged youth that wish to attend.

For further information please contact sponsorship@allontario.com.

The AOYC planning committee would like to thank all donors for their generous support and for the opportunity to continue to provide all youth with events to encourage and strengthen them in their walk with God.

Applying

To apply to this program, we encourage individuals to contact the planning committee at sponsorship@allontario.com or by calling 1-866-765-7888. To ensure that the youth are committed to attending we do ask that they provide us with some details of their situation and encourage them to first try to raise funds themselves, either partially or in full through their immediate community.

The questions that we ask the youth to answer are listed below.

  1. Tell us a bit about your need and why you are requesting funds to attend the All Ontario Youth Convention.
  2. Do you attend church? If yes, have you approached your church for assistance?
  3. Are you, or any members of your family or community able to provide partial payment to offset the cost of the benevolent registration?

Funds for this program are limited and applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis. The deadline for applying for a benevolent registration is April 15.
