Small Group Leaders:
AOYC strongly suggests a ratio of 1 leader per 5 students from your church. AOYC requires churches that register groups to send enough leaders of each gender to serve as small group leaders. Since some youth will be registering as individuals, we will need additional small group leaders as well. We will email all small group leaders a training manual in advance (after May 1) so you can prepare to lead your Small Group.

Payment

The All Ontario Youth Convention is open to all youth age 14 and up as of December 31, 2009.

Registration deadlines require form to be submitted and payment postmarked by the deadline.

AOYC has a limited amount of funds available for those who do not have the financial resources to attend. To apply for this support, call Jared or Lindsay Mosterd at 1-866-765-7888.

You will receive a confirmation letter by email with directions to the university, emergency phone numbers, and a list of things to bring. Please add registration@allontario.com to your save senders list to ensure it is received.
